Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of audio plugin software from the Auriatorium store. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy statement.
Who we are
The Auriatorium store is operated by Hodfords Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record and reseller: Paddle is the seller of record to you for the transaction and handles payment and any applicable tax, and Hodfords Limited is Paddle’s supplier and your licensor. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to the payment.
What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use downloadable plugin software, not the software itself and not any transfer of ownership or intellectual property. Unless a specific release states otherwise, the licence is perpetual (it does not expire), personal to you, and non-transferable. The software is activated to your machines using a licence key, up to the machine limit shown for that product; activation is required once, and the software then runs offline. You may deactivate a machine to free a seat.
How you may use it
You may install and use the software on your own machines within the machine limit. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share or redistribute the software or your licence key; circumvent, disable or tamper with the licence activation or any technical protection; or use the software unlawfully or in breach of a third party’s rights. We may suspend or revoke a licence where there is clear evidence of licence abuse, fraud or a chargeback reversing the purchase.
Payment, price and tax
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable buyer-country VAT, GST or sales tax, which Paddle calculates and shows before you pay. Your card is charged by Paddle. We do not receive or store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery is digital. After payment you receive a download and a licence key by email and in your account. A licence key is generated shortly after payment and may arrive a little after the download link; both are available in your account.
Refunds
Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy — a 14-day money-back guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Intellectual property, warranties and liability
All intellectual property in the software, its content and the store remains with Hodfords Ltd and its licensors; your licence grants use only. The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
