What is active now

The public teaser does not currently set first-party analytics or advertising cookies, load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or a social-advertising provider, place tracking pixels, or store an optional-tracking consent preference. Google Analytics assets have been configured, but neither a Google tag nor the Tag Manager container is installed or published. Meta has been selected for possible future paid-social measurement. TikTok advertiser onboarding is complete, but its website integration is explicitly deferred. Neither platform's tag is installed. No page request or event is therefore sent from this site to Google, Meta or TikTok.

Standard HTTP requests still reach Auriatorium's US-hosted infrastructure, where ordinary security and operational logs may include an IP address and browser/user-agent. Campaign links can contain source and UTM values without using a tracking cookie; those values are stored only if someone submits the waitlist form, as described in the privacy statement.

The waitlist and unsubscribe forms send only the information described in the Privacy and Personal Information Collection Statement. Resend is used to deliver requested emails; it is not loaded into this page as an analytics or advertising tracker.

Google Analytics configuration

Hodfords has created a Google Analytics 4 web stream for this site. These identifiers are public configuration values, not evidence that a tag is active:

If the integration is later activated, it is intended to measure visits and interactions so Auriatorium can understand site use and campaign performance. The stream's top-level enhanced-measurement setting is on. Google describes its enhanced-measurement options as page views, 90% scrolls, outbound clicks, site searches, supported YouTube video engagement, file downloads and form-start/form-submit events. Auriatorium must verify the individual options and ensure that no email address, form content or other directly identifying value is sent before publication.

When analytics storage is allowed, GA4 normally uses the first-party cookies _ga to distinguish users and _ga_<container-id> to retain session state. Google documents a default two-year expiry for each; the exact production cookie settings must be verified before the tag is published. The Analytics property itself is configured to keep event data for two months and user data for two months, without resetting the user-retention period on new activity.

Google explains its handling in its Analytics data safeguards and Privacy Policy. The applicable account contract and transfer terms still require review before activation.

Analytics and advertising limits

Google Ads is not planned. Google consent values for advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied even if analytics is allowed.

The intended Google implementation is strict basic consent mode: no Google tag or other optional vendor tag loads and no data is sent to Google before a current affirmative analytics choice. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics keeps the tag blocked. This page will offer the choice only after the reviewed provider adapter and tag are ready; it does not collect an advance consent now.

Auriatorium may run social-media ads and can attribute a waitlist submission using source and UTM campaign values without placing an advertising cookie on this site. A Meta business portfolio (ID 1678040803743082) and Meta Pixel (ID 2307684030055231) have been created, but the pixel is not installed. TikTok advertiser onboarding has been completed for https://hello.auriatorium.com, with United Kingdom as the account country and Hodfords Solutions Limited as the invoice/business name. No TikTok Pixel or web event source has been configured, and its website integration is deferred.

Neither platform currently receives page views, form events or visitor identifiers from this site. Before any social pixel, tag, conversions API or customer-list matching is enabled, Auriatorium must explain the events and identifiers sent, cookies or browser storage, purposes, retention and international transfers. Advertising requires a separate affirmative choice and cannot rely on consent to receive Auriatorium waitlist emails or consent to analytics. A server-side events API is not a consent bypass. A missing, rejected or older choice cannot authorise either configured platform, and a free withdrawal control must remain available here.
