We want you to be happy with what you buy from the Auriatorium store. If it isn’t right, you’re covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Email support@auriatorium.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order reference (shown on your receipt and in your account). We’ll confirm and process it promptly.
How refunds are paid
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, who processes the refund on our behalf back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
When we may decline
Because these are downloadable software licences, we may decline or reverse a refund only where there is clear evidence of licence abuse — for example sharing, reselling or continuing to use the licence after a refund. Where we refund a purchase, the associated licence is deactivated.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
